Tebow has been nothing but stellar in leading the Florida Gators to the top of the SEC, to the National Championship, and has ammassed every record, trophy, and title you could possibly win along the way. He has been innovative, with his "jump pass" being a fantastically effective creation, he's been a tremendous running quarterback, an accurate and strong-armed passing quarterback, a tremendous team leader, and has impeccable character. But with everyone aiming at him this year, will he be able to live up to the expectations?
Read more from NCAA Quarterbacks 2009: The Top Three Part III – Tim Tebow

Bradford was rated a 3-star prospect and was overshadowed by many of the high-powered recruits in his class. But I'll bet ya anything he didn't mind that a bit. As a red-shirt freshman he won the starting position and never looked back. These three quarterbacks are slated to be the premier gunslingers of 2009, but you know there will be others that rise up to steal some of the spotlight before the 2009 season is out. Who will win the Heisman? Who will play for their conference championship? For these three NCAA hometown heroes, nothing will satisfy any of them short of the National Championship - and don't let anyone tell you
Read more from NCAA Quarterbacks 2009: The Top Three Part I – Colt McCoy

Matt Stafford's quarterbacking skills were never called into question, but last year's Georgia Bulldogs were a big disappointment and it seems a lot of fingers are being pointed at last year's seniors, and the fact that there was too much focus on superstars going to the NFL rather than bringing a team together to win an SEC championship, and possibly a national championship. Matt Stafford says he's ready to take on a leadership role in rebuilding the Detroit Lions, but we better just wait one minute before we delegate the task of Lion Savior to
Read more from Matt Stafford: Leadership Abilities Questioned By Several Georgia Bulldogs

“You see, Ohio State backup quarterbacks Rob Schoenhoft and Antonio Henton transferred last year, leaving Pryor, senior Todd Boeckman, and 26-year-old ex-minor-league-baseball-player and walk-on Joe Bauserman the only quarterbacks on the roster. Boeckman is now out of eligibility….So, yeah, next year Ohio State’s quarterback depth chart will be Terrelle Pryor, Walk-on baseball guy, and basically Nick Sheridan.”

Terrifying!

Now there’s no question that Terrelle Pryor showed he can be the man at Ohio State. And there’s no question that he’s sure he’s the man everywhere he goes. Yeah, he’s immensely talented, a huge guy at 6′6″, and unfortunately the only hope The Buckeyes have.

Will Pryor Have The Leadership Skills?

But not so fast. You have a fifth year senior in Joe Cox that’s more than ready to take the helm and has already been awarded the starting position for 2009. So either Aaron Murray or Zach Mettenberger will take over in 2010? Not so fast, again! You have Logan Gray, a sophomore, a close second behind Cox. But let me tell ya, it’s gonna be all that Gray can do to hold off the two recruits behind him for the starting job in 2010 and beyond – and maybe even for the backup spot in 2009.

It will also be the first chance for college football fans to see their Gridiron Generals take control of the offense and hopefully show what they can do at the collegiate level. There's going to be a lot of nervous and excited fans in the stands, but even more nervous quarterbacks on the sidelines as this is the moment that they've worked all of their lives for - a chance to be the starting QB in Division I college
Read more from Two True Freshman Quarterbacks To Watch in the 2009 NCAA Football Spring Games

With all the talk about Matt Stafford, Mark Sanchez, and Josh Freeman, everybody is overlooking Drew Willy and Pat White. I’m a season ticket holder for the Buffalo Bulls, so I’ve watched Drew Willy play for years now. And I’ve watched my share of Pat White, including yesterday’s NFL combine, and even I was totally impressed with his quarterbacking abilities.

Pat White – His Quarterbacking Skills are Underrated

Pat White made a great showing at the 2009 NFL Combine. He was the surprise of the day for the quarterbacks in my book – and a lot of the analysts agreed. We know about Pat White’s athleticism – he ran a 4.5 in the 40 yd dash and hit his head on the dome roof in the vertical. He’s not big at about 6′0″ 200 lbs, but
Read more from Pat White and Drew Willy: Some Notes On Two Underrated Quarterbacks After The NFL Combine
